STICKY PORTUGUESE CHICKEN WINGS

     

Delicious! Serve these as a starter, or add to the picnic basket. An ideal lunchbox-snack too. Serves 4 – 6.

Ingredients:

12 chicken wings, cut in half and excess skin removed

90 ml soya sauce

3 tablespoons (45 ml) PORTUGUESE CHICKEN SPICE

½ cup (125 ml) tomato sauce

½ cup (125 ml) honey

2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown vinegar

½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) GARLIC CRUMBLE

1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

  1. You may use this marinade for drumsticks, chicken cuts or whole chicken, too.
