GINGER BEER

     

This is a shortcut to the traditional homemade favourite, but equally delicious! About 4 litres beer.

Ingredients:

4 ½ litres water

2 cups (500 ml) sugar

30 g GINGER (WHOLE)

10 g instant dry yeast

Method:

Tips:

  1. Use more sugar if you prefer sweeter beer.
  2. For extra fizz, add a handful of raisins but remove before bottling.
