SWISS CHEESE FONDUE

     

A great way to spend a cold winter’s evening with friends. Serve as a starter, or along with meat fondue.

Ingredients:

2 cups (500 ml)(200 g) Ementhaler Cheese, grated

2 cups (500 ml)(200 g) Cheddar Cheese, grated

¼ cup (60 ml) cake flour

300 ml dry white wine

pinch salt

2 teaspoons (10 ml) GARLIC POWDER

Method:

Tips:

  1. You can substitute wine with beer.
  2. This is strictly for adults! For a non-alcoholic fondue, substitute wine with half water, half milk.
