SWISS CHEESE FONDUE
A great way to spend a cold winters evening with friends. Serve as a starter, or along with meat fondue.
Ingredients:
2 cups (500 ml)(200 g) Ementhaler Cheese, grated
GARLIC POWDER2 cups (500 ml)(200 g) Cheddar Cheese, grated
¼ cup (60 ml) cake flour
300 ml dry white wine
pinch salt
2 teaspoons (10 ml)
