POTATOES IN WINE AND CORIANDER

     

A potato dish bursting with flavour! It can be served with just about anything, but it compliments braaivleis or roasts best. 6 – 8 servings

Ingredients:

1kg baby potatoes, rinsed

1 cup (250 ml) olive oil

½ cup (125 ml) dry red wine

salt to taste

½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) BLACK PEPPER COARSE

1 tablespoon (15 ml) CORIANDER (WHOLE)

Method:

Tips:

  1. You may substitute baby potatoes with sliced large potatoes – but do not peel them.
