SPICY LAMB MASALA
This Indian dish is bursting with flavour, yet mild enough so the whole family will enjoy it! 3 - 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ tablespoon (22.5 ml) MEAT MASALA
1 tablespoon (15 ml) water
450 500g Lamb Cubes (stew lamb)
1 cup (250 ml) water
1 cup (250 ml) chopped onion
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) fresh ginger or
GINGER (ground)½ tablespoon (7.5 ml)
GARLIC CRUMBLE1/8 cup (30 ml) dried coconut
