BAKED POTATO WEDGES

     

It takes a little effort, but these wedges far outshine the chips from the fisheries! Serves 3 – 4.

Ingredients:

3 – 4 potatoes, peeled

1 – 2 tablespoons (15 – 30 ml) vegetable oil

3 tablespoons (45 ml) SALT & VINEGAR SEASONING

Method:

Tips:

  1. It you prefer deep-fried chips, cut wedges as usual, but do not shake with oil and spice – instead, deep fry in hot oil and sprinkle with spice afterwards.
  2. Serve with burgers, fish, steak etc.
