BLACKENED FISH

     

Caribbean style fish at its best! A quick way to whip up a deliciously different meal. Serves 4

Ingredients:

500 g fish fillets (Hake, Kingklip or Sole)

5 tablespoons (75 ml) butter/margarine

100 ml FISH SPICE

Tips:

  1. For a tangy variation, spread mayonnaise over fish instead of butter/margarine.
