COCKTAIL TANDORI FINGERS

     

These mini-kebabs will be a hit at your next braai or cocktail party. Serve as a starter. 6 – 8 servings

Ingredients:

8 chicken breast fillets; cut in half

8 x ½ skewer sticks

50 – 70 ml TANDORI CHICKEN spice

salt and pepper to taste

vegetable oil for frying

Savoury dip:

1 tub smooth cottage cheese

1 teaspoon (5 ml) GARLIC POWDER

Tips:

  1. For a thinner dip, use plain yogurt instead of cottage cheese.
