TANGY MUSTARD SAUCE

     

Nothing can possibly be easier! Whip up this easy microwave mustard sauce and impress the in-laws…

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) white sugar

5 teaspoons (25 ml) MUSTARD (GROUND)

1 tablespoon (15 ml) cake flour

pinch (1 ml) salt

½ cup (125 ml) white vinegar

½ cup (125 ml) water

2 large eggs

Method:

Tips:

  1. Use more mustard for a stronger sauce – but remember that mustard matures overnight!
  2. Serve with cold meats, salads or just about anything.
