PORK STIR-FRY with STIR-FRY VEGETABLES

     

You will never order Chinese take-away again! A great way to make the tastiest, most tender stir-fry the whole family will enjoy. Serves 4.

Ingredients:

800 g pork strips

2 – 3 tablespoons (30 – 45 ml) STIR-FRY FIVE SPICE

3 tablespoons (45 ml) Balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons (45 ml) Olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Julienne-style vegetables, such as onion, carrot, peppers, coleslaw, marrows.

Method:

Tips:

  1. Stir-fry vegetables until just cooked, yet firm.
  2. Chicken or beef fillet works just as well.
