CHEESY DOUBLE-GARLIC ROLL

     

An all-time treat the way you’ll never find it in the local supermarket! 6 – 8 servings as a starter/side dish.

Ingredients:

100g butter/margarine, at room temperature,

25 - 30 ml GARLIC CRUMBLE,

1 teaspoon (5 ml) PARSLEY RUBBED,

1 day-old French loaf, 20 – 25 inches long,

1 cup (250 ml) grated white cheddar cheese,

foil.

Method:

Tips:

  1. Use more or less garlic, according to taste.
  2. Relieve garlic-breath by chewing on some FRESH parsley.
